- “White Label Services” refers to VPN applications, platforms, infrastructure, APIs, and related solutions provided under the Client’s brand.
- “Subscription” refers to any recurring or one-time service agreement between VPN Crafter and the Client.
2. Scope of Services
VPN Crafter provides various services, including but not limited to:
- White-label VPN solutions
- VPN application development
- VPN infrastructure deployment
- API integrations
- User management systems
- Subscription billing systems
- Custom software development
- Technical consultation and support
Service specifications, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms may be defined separately through proposals, statements of work, invoices, or contractual agreements.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Services.
If you use our Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. Account Registration
Certain Services may require account creation.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.
- Notify us promptly of unauthorized account access.
- Be responsible for activities conducted through your account.
VPN Crafter shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.
5. White-Label Services
VPN Crafter grants Clients a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the White Label Services during the applicable subscription term.
Clients may:
- Brand the applications with their own identity.
- Manage users through provided administrative tools.
- Configure supported settings and features.
Clients may not:
- Reverse engineer proprietary systems.
- Resell services without authorization.
- Misrepresent VPN Crafter’s intellectual property as their own.
- Use the Services for unlawful activities.
6. Billing and Payment
6.1 Fees
All fees are specified in the applicable proposal, agreement, invoice, or order form.
Fees may include:
- Development fees
- Setup fees
- Licensing fees
- Subscription fees
- Usage-based fees
- Professional services fees
6.2 Payment Terms
Invoices must be paid within the period specified in the applicable agreement or invoice.
Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
6.3 Pricing Models
VPN Crafter may offer:
- Fixed monthly subscriptions
- Per-active-user pricing
- Enterprise licensing
- Custom commercial agreements
- Usage-based billing arrangements
6.4 Flexible Billing Arrangements
Where mutually agreed, Clients may choose alternative commercial structures. If a Client wishes, it is possible to begin with an upfront commitment and subsequently transition to a pay-as-you-go billing model based on actual usage and agreed commercial terms. Any such arrangement must be documented and approved in writing by both parties.
6.5 Taxes
Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, levies, or governmental charges unless otherwise specified.
7. Intellectual Property
VPN Crafter retains all rights, title, and interest in:
- Software
- APIs
- Infrastructure
- Documentation
- Trademarks
- Proprietary technology
Except where explicitly agreed in writing, no ownership rights are transferred to Clients.
Custom development ownership shall be governed by the relevant agreement executed between the parties.
8. Acceptable Use
Clients agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Engage in fraudulent activities.
- Distribute malware or harmful software.
- Interfere with network operations.
- Abuse system resources.
- Conduct unauthorized penetration testing.
- Engage in activities that may damage VPN Crafter’s reputation or infrastructure.
VPN Crafter reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services for violations of this section.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
VPN Crafter processes information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Clients are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable privacy laws, including but not limited to:
- GDPR
- CCPA
- Applicable regional data protection regulations
Each party remains responsible for its own legal obligations regarding personal data.
10. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect confidential information disclosed during the business relationship.
Confidential information includes:
- Technical documentation
- Pricing information
- Product roadmaps
- Business strategies
- Customer information
- Proprietary data
Confidentiality obligations shall survive termination of the relationship.
11. Service Availability
VPN Crafter strives to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, force majeure events, internet disruptions, and third-party failures may affect service availability.
12. Support Services
Support services may vary depending on the purchased plan.
Support may include:
- Technical assistance
- Platform troubleshooting
- Infrastructure monitoring
- Integration guidance
Support response times may differ according to service levels defined in individual agreements.
13. Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with third-party providers.
VPN Crafter is not responsible for:
- Third-party products
- Third-party policies
- Third-party service interruptions
- Third-party data handling practices
Use of third-party services remains subject to their respective terms.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VPN Crafter shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Incidental damages
- Consequential damages
- Lost profits
- Lost revenue
- Business interruption
- Data loss
VPN Crafter’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
Clients agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VPN Crafter, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from claims arising out of:
- Misuse of Services
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of applicable laws
- Infringement of third-party rights
16. Termination
Either party may terminate Services in accordance with the applicable agreement.
VPN Crafter may suspend or terminate Services if:
- Fees remain unpaid.
- The Client breaches these Terms.
- Continued service creates legal, regulatory, or operational risks.
Upon termination:
- Access rights cease.
- Outstanding fees become due.
- Confidentiality obligations remain in effect.
17. Force Majeure
VPN Crafter shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Internet outages
- Labor disputes
- Cyberattacks
- Infrastructure failures
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws specified in the applicable service agreement. Where no separate agreement exists, disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations before formal legal proceedings.
19. Changes to These Terms
VPN Crafter reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services following publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
